Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with Canada Post. Please note that shipping dates are estimations only and we cannot be held responsible for items not delivered on a specific date. Once a parcel has left my possession we are unable to change the method of delivery or delivery address. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any further information regarding parcel location or delivery beyond what is provided by the tracking information. 

 

CUSTOMS & DUTY
International customers are responsible for duties, taxes and customs fees assessed by your country. Customs and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. When filling out customs forms, Canadian, U.S. and International government regulations prohibit sellers from marking merchandise values lower than the selling price, as well as marking items as gifts.
