Sterling Silver Celtic Cross Necklace

Crafted in solid .925 sterling silver

The Canterbury Cross is designed after a Saxon Brooch dating back to around 850AD which was found in Canterbury in 1867. The cross features four arms which are slightly triangular in shape symbolizing the trinity. The trinity (or triquetra), dates back centuries and is widely known as a symbol of protection. In more recent times it has come to be recognized as a symbol for ‘The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit’ in the Christian Church.

This pendant comes ready to wear with an 18 inch Italian made sterling silver box chain.  A sterling silver polishing cloth is included. Your necklace will come ready for gifting in a jewelry box.
